Controls Project Specialist 2

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Systems Major Projects and / or Mechanical or Equipment Projects. Works with Owner and contractor sales and HVAC/BMS teams as needed to provide sales support/project resources and implement/refine SOP process with cost saving, value engineering, risk assessment etc.

Requirements:

• Pre-bid cost & scope review & toll development.
• Site jobs/schedule planning.
• Projects Material/Progress follow up and coordination.
• VO cost review.
• Project Risk report and mitigation
• HVAC/BMS Team development/Management ：
• Project execution members manage & develop.
• Assist in monitoring all HVAC/ BMS projects progress and finance figures.
• SOP Implementation and improvement:
• BMS project cost review & standardization tools develop
• PD SOPs refine, implement and training.
• Travel as required.
• Other mission assigned by PD Leader.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degrees in HVAC/ BMS
• +8 years commercial/industry/HVAC/ BMS/SOP project experience/cost estimation/design experience and good communication skill
• Operation SOP implementation experience
• HVAC/BMS project cost review and tools standardization experience
• Engineering design and architect tools development & implementation
• Familiar to any of SCADA/PLC/Chiller/Security system, +3 projects which scale over 0.5M USD on SCADA / PLC/ Chiller/ Security project planning\design or execution experience
