What Success Looks Like:

From Day 1, you will take the lead in managing Supply, Demand, new product launches, and logistics projects within a specific category. You will be responsible for ensuring market readiness and product availability within your lineup.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team that includes Marketing, Finance, Sales, and external partners. As the primary contact for P&G counterparts in sourcing sites and planning centers across Europe, your role will be crucial in driving the success of our operations.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business while enhancing your analytical, technical, and leadership skills. As a Market Initiative Leader (MIL), you will:

  • Contribute to strategy development and decision-making.
  • Engage in business planning and analysis across various functions.

Job Qualifications

We Are Looking For:

  • Outstanding graduates (Bachelor's or Master's degree) who are eager to learn and grow.
  • No prior experience is required, though it’s a plus.
  • Natural leaders who are passionate about making things happen.
  • Individuals with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English and Hebrew.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with data analysis or technological tools is advantageous.
