Service Sales Representative HVAC

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Sales Representative to join our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves promoting and selling HVAC maintenance and service contracts, as well as identifying opportunities for system upgrades and replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Provide accurate quotes and proposals for service contracts and system installations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in HVAC technology.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree completed
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales focused on HVAC
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license
