What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Food and Beverage Manager is a team player that works with our operations team to provide the best professional, competent and prompt service to our guests and our client partners. They are supportive and hands-on, to drive the front of house team and ensure that all guests are beyond satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front-of-house operations of the Banquet Department.
• Assist the operational efforts of the restaurant and lounge teams.
• Actively engage with the bar team and guests.
• Manage inventory monthly & places weekly bar orders.
• Weekly attendance at BEO meetings and other leadership meetings as needed.
• Oversight and execution of all banquets events as assigned.
• Provide training, direction, supervision, and hands-on support for direct associates and supervisors to accomplish goals and objectives of the food and beverage operation.
• Ensure, direct and facilitate communication, engagement and conflict resolutions as needed by the team to ensure a positive associate environment.

• Partner with our Sales team to execute robust and engaging events as well as improve brand recognition.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally. 
• Strong leadership skills. 
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members. 
• Excellent time management skills 
• Knowledge & Experience working in Banquets preferred
• Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred. 
• Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations  preferred. 

• High School Diploma/ GED, post high school education degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two years food & beverage supervisory experience.
