We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist with approximately three to five years of relevant experience supporting international assignments and transfers. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to mobility processes and demonstrates strong coordination, communication, and analytical capabilities. This role supports a wide range of inbound, outbound, and cross‑border moves while ensuring timely, accurate execution of all core mobility activities.
Key Responsibilities
International Assignment & Transfer Coordination
- Support the end‑to‑end execution of international transfers, assignments, and cross‑border moves.
- Ensure timely completion of key mobility tasks, maintaining accuracy and adherence to policy.
- Provide high-quality support to transferees throughout the entire mobility lifecycle, including proactive communication and timeline management.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to ensure mobility activities align with business requirements and timelines.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, helping them navigate mobility processes and requirements.
Compliance & Tax Support
- Assist with compliance activities for globally mobile employees, including coordination on tax equalization or tax protection administration where applicable.
- Work with internal and external partners to support payroll tax withholding requirements.
- Provide shadow payroll inputs and ensure accurate transmission of mobility‑related payroll data.
Vendor Management
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with policy, authorizations, rate cards, and SLAs.
- Conduct invoice audits, billing validations, and cost reconciliations.
- Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.
Data, Reporting & Systems
- Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dataset manipulation) to manage mobility reporting and analytics.
- Leverage HRIS systems (ideally Workday)for data updates, governance, audits, and reporting.
- Utilize case management platforms such as ServiceNow for workflow-based case tracking and SLA monitoring.
- Translate HR and mobility data into actionable insights that support dashboarding and operational improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- ~3/5 years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or related fields.
- Strong coordination skills and familiarity with international assignment and transfer workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a customer‑focused approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong command of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with structured datasets.
Preferred:
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other case management/ticketing tools.
- Understanding of global tax and payroll concepts, including tax equalization/protection and shadow payroll.
- Prior experience reviewing vendor invoices or managing external service providers.
