General Liability Pre-Suit Enablement Manager

Summary

We are seeking an Enablement Manager to support operations within our General Liability Presuit Department by ensuring cases move efficiently through the pre-suit lifecycle.

This role partners closely with Case Managers and Operations Leaders to enforce operational workflows, monitor case progression, and resolve issues that delay case advancement. The Enablement Manager operates within a high-volume, process-driven environment and is responsible for driving operational consistency, visibility, and outcomes across pre-suit case operations.

Responsibilities

- Monitor pre-suit case progression to ensure files move efficiently through investigation, liability evaluation, records gathering, and litigation transfer.

- Enforce operational workflows and case progression standards across presuit teams.

- Audit case files and operational metrics to ensure compliance with required milestones.

- Support operational dashboards, reporting, and KPI visibility for leadership.

- Identify recurring workflow breakdowns and contribute to process improvements and operational best practices.

- Take ownership of operational outcomes by ensuring cases continue progressing and workflow standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree

- 2+ years of experience as a case manager or similar role in personal injury or general liability law

- 2+ years of experience leading teams, supervising staff, or driving operational accountability in a legal or case management environment

- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams

- Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment responsible for specific outcomes

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
