What you will do

The Hotels Network has joined Lighthouse! And we are expanding internationally. As a Data Scientist, you will develop and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques that power our market-leading products. You’ll work across a wide range of ML/AI domains, including user behavior prediction, NLP, LLMs, computer vision, time-series forecasting, and causal inference. Your work will directly influence key product features used by tens of thousands of hotels and millions of travelers around the world.

Examples of projects you’ll work on include:

Oraculo Product – Build predictive systems to forecast user behavior, enabling personalized experiences and boosting hotel engagement and conversion.
AI-Driven Web Content Analysis – Leverage NLP to analyze content across 20,000+ hotel websites, providing actionable insights to optimize the user journey.
AI-Powered Personalization Tools – Use LLMs to launch recommendation engines that automatically configure personalized web tools for each property, maximizing direct booking effectiveness.
