The work
This project team will support key AFS initiatives aimed at enhancing the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to strengthen and sustain AFS security controls. As the Solution Architect (SA), you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow CMDB solution designs.

You will work closely with project leadership to interpret requirements, communicate business problems, and design appropriate technical solutions. In addition to solution design, you will support implementation activities, updates to related business processes, and deliver training and education to ensure smooth adoption. This role plays a critical part in improving the accuracy, maturity, and security posture of the CMDB across the organization.

Here’s what you need

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience designing ServiceNow CMDB solutions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and workflows
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with and presenting to cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Experience supporting implementation activities and process improvements
  • Experience developing or supporting training for technical or process updates

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with government processes or environments
  • CIS- CMDB Certification

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
