The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering AI/ML driven solutions that improve forecasting and inventory management efficiency and accuracy, sales performance and sales team productivity. The role acts as a bridge between sales operations, business stakeholders, GC DMP/CDA teams, and external technology partners to ensure AI initiatives are scoped correctly, delivered on time, and incorporated into day‑to‑day sales processes for measurable business impact.

Description

Partner with Sales, Sales planning and Data Analytics team to identify, prioritize, and define business processes and workflows that can be enhanced through applied AI solutions. Own end‑to‑end project planning, including scope, requirements, timelines, resources and risk management. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (GC DMP/CDA, Legal, InfoSec, IS&T and external technology vendors) to design, build, test, and deploy user friendly and compliant applied AI solutions that integrate effectively into existing business processes. Monitor solution performance after launch, identify issues, and lead continuous improvement cycles.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related discipline. Strong experience in Business Intelligence (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis. Skilled in Python or similar scripting languages for data processing, with required experience in automation workflow and orchestration tools to connect systems and enable automation such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Dify or similar), including prompt design, workflow orchestration, and integration with structured data pipelines. Familiarity with deploying and monitoring AI-driven workflows in production environments is a plus. Experience working in Sales Operations, Retail Operations, or closely with sales teams in a retail or commercial environment is preferred. Proven track record managing cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, including scoping, planning, execution, and risk management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a distinct ability to translate complex concepts between business and technical audiences.
