The Opportunity:
The Parts and Accessories Product Manager is responsible for evaluating business opportunities and defining the product portfolio for parts and accessories within the major appliance and consumer electronics categories. This role works closely with Product Development to bring new products to market and is actively involved in all stages of the product lifecycle—from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
The Product Manager develops sales-driven business plans, establishes pricing strategies, and ensures portfolio competitiveness and profitability. This position also coordinates cross-functional communication and collaboration with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain Management to drive successful product execution and market performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop effective pricing strategies.
- Lead and administer all supplier-related activities; collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to support the successful launch of new parts and accessories (P&A).
- Drive new product introductions (NPI) for parts and accessories in the U.S. market.
- Forecast lifecycle demand for P&A products and support inventory and supply planning.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional marketing initiatives.
- Manage pricing strategy, including MSRP, RRP, and invoice pricing.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to track performance and identify trends.
- Oversee Amazon 3P (FBA) operations, including listing optimization, content management, and sales performance monitoring.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the installation parts business across the U.S. market.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in category management, product management, operations, or supply chain management (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
