Le Chef Principal sera chargé de superviser la planification financière et l'analyse du portefeuille de bannières de vente au détail, englobant les opérations, les bannières, la gestion des catégories, le marketing et les services partagés. Le titulaire soutiendra tous les aspects des rapports financiers, des prévisions et de l'analyse, créera des tableaux de bord KPI, développera une équipe de professionnels, gérera les relations internes avec les principales parties prenantes et le département FP&A de l'entreprise. Le titulaire travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le directeur principal pour soutenir l'équipe de direction de RBG en ce qui concerne les prévisions, les budgets, les plans à long terme et pour tout projets spéciaux nécessitant des analyses.
Responsabilités principales
- Superviser plusieurs aspects de la fonction de planification et d'analyse financières, soutenir les activités des bannières, y compris mais sans s'y limiter, la comptabilité, la gestion des flux de trésorerie, les budgets annuels, les prévisions mensuelles, les revues opérationnels trimestriels, les plans à long terme et les analyses financières diverses
- Travailler en collaboration avec les différents chefs des unités d’affaires pour ajuster les prévisions mensuels / trimestriels / prévisions glissantes (8 trimestres)
- Diriger, développer et déléguer de manière efficace à une équipe dynamique d'analystes principaux.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des KPI appropriés pour l'équipe de direction et développer des mesures pour aider à la gestion en temps réel de l'entreprise.
- Préparer des modèles financiers et des présentations pour soutenir les analyses de rentabilisation de projets.
- Responsable de stimuler l’innovation, contribue à l’efficacité des fichiers Excel et de processus de travail existants, améliore la précision des prévisions.
- Diriger les discussions financières et amener les équipes à un consensus et à un alignement sur les questions ayant une interdépendance entre les différentes unités d’affaires.

Compétences essentielles
Le candidat retenu aura les qualifications, compétences et attributs suivants :
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ainsi qu'un titre comptable.
- Une maîtrise est un atout 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité et en gestion, de préférence dans une entreprise internationale
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de personnel
- Expérience établie de réalisations et capacité à entretenir de solides relations avec les pairs, résultant par le développement et l’implantations de stratégies de gestion financière créatives
- Capable de résoudre des problèmes, de prendre les bonnes décisions et d'utiliser un bon jugement pour signaler les problèmes avec les recommandations lorsque nécessaire
- Leader solide avec la capacité d'influencer et de construire une équipe financière solide
- Solide esprit d'équipe avec de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership
- Fort esprit analytique et stratégique, organisé et autonome

Job Summary
The Senior Manager will be responsible to oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis of the Retail Banner portfolio, encompassing Operations, Banners, Category Management, Marketing and Shared Services. The incumbent will support all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting and analysis, build KPI dashboards, develop a team of professionals, manage internal relationships with key stakeholders and Corporate FP&A. Incumbent will work closely with Sr. Director to support the RBG leadership team in relation to forecasts, budgets, long range plans and for any had hoc projects requiring analytics.
Section A – Specific Responsibilities
- Oversee several aspects of the financial planning & analysis function, support Banner businesses, including, but not limited to financial reporting, cash flow management, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, quarterly operating reviews, long range plans and had hoc financial analyses.
- Work collaboratively with the business leaders to adjust monthly / quarterly / 8 quarter rolling fcst
- Lead, develop and appropriately delegate to a dynamic team of senior analysts
- Develop and implement appropriate and timely KPI’s for executive management team and develop metrics to help in the real-time management of the business.
- Prepare financial models and presentations to support business cases
- Responsible to drive innovation; streamline and contribute to the efficiency of existing excel models and work processes, and improve forecast accuracy
- Lead financial discussions and bring teams to consensus and alignment on matters having BU interdependency.

Section C – Position Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following credentials, skills, and attributes:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting as well as an accounting designation; Master’s degree is an asset
- 7 to 10 years of accounting and management experience, preferably at a global company
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- Proven track record of accomplishments, and ability to sustain strong peer relationships, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies
- Capable of solving problems, making the right decisions and using sound judgement to escalate issues with recommendations when necessary
- Strong people leader with ability to influence and build a strong financial team
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, organized and autonomous
- Effective communication skills with strong influencing abilities
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems (ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
