Group/Division

The Information Technology (IT) group at KLA is involved in every aspect of the global business. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

1. Candidate must have acquired Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent degree from a reputed

2. Should have good working experience in Observability/Monitoring tools at enterprise level for a minimum of 6-10 years

3. Must have worked in tools like Logic Monitor, CatchPoint, Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus

4. Have extensively worked in setting up a monitoring tool, configure, perform required customization, develop scripting, support and maintain relationship with stakeholders.

5. Should have exposure to DevOps and IT Security, Systems and Storages platforms

6. Able to design a custom solution based on requirements

Project Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead or contribute to end-to-end Observability implementation projects, from design through deployment, support.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, manufacturing, and external partners.

  • Provide expert-level guidance on Observability tool configuration, customization, and integration.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Required Technical Skills

  • ITIL process

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • LogicMonitor (Mandatory)

    • CatchPoint

    • Lakeside

    • Datadog

    • Prometheus

    • Grafana

    • Similar products at enterprise level

  • Experience with deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle support

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must have acquired Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent degree from a reputed university.

Should have at least 6-10 years of working experience in an enterprise
