What You Will Do

• Inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality and compliance with airworthiness certificates, purchase/repair orders.

• Identify, document and raise Discrepancy Report for any defects, damages or quality issues.

• Perform necessary transactions in SAP as required.

• Maintain documentation records for audit, traceability and reporting purposes.

• Monitor shelf life and expiration dates of engine spares.

• Ensure compliance with SOP's, aviation safety and quality standards.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.

• To carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.

• Prior experience in aviation warehousing or quality inspection is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office, SAP or relevant warehouse management systems.
