Job Summary

Are you driven by quality, investigation, and continuous improvement?
We’re looking for a Quality Engineer II to join our Flavours Quality Control team in Haverhill. This is a lab‑based role where you’ll lead quality investigations, manage internal and customer complaints in SAP, and work closely with Operations to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

What You’ll Do

Investigate internal quality failures and lead root‑cause analysis
Manage internal and customer quality notifications in SAP
Support rework of failed batches and continuous improvement actions
Collaborate with Operations and present findings when required

What You Bring

Experience in Quality Control, ideally within flavours or food manufacturing
Sensory QC experience (Senior Analyst level or similar)
Hands‑on experience with investigations and SAP quality processes
Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
