Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our housekeeping team- a house attendant who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence! 

What are we looking for? 

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests  

• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience  

• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success 

What would you bring to the table? 

• 1+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment 

• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays 

What would my job responsibilities be? 

• Restock guest room supplies and linens in service areas and maintain cleanliness of pathways, laundry rooms, supply closets, and all assigned zones 

• Remove all trash and recyclables and dispose of them properly 

• Deliver and pick up guest‑request items promptly 

• Assist Guest Room Attendants with tasks such as putting on bed skirts, rotating mattresses, handling sheers and drapes, and moving furniture 

• Clean and prepare arrival rooms, ensuring there are no missing items and upholding Four Seasons quality standards 

• Assist the housekeeping team during absences or periods of high demand
