Location Requirement:
This role is based in Hartford, CT, and candidates must live within driving distance to support in‑person collaborations and partnerships.
About the Role
As the Corporate Events Sponsorship Manager, you’ll play a highly visible role at the intersection of brand and business strategy. You’ll own the enterprise-wide Business-to-Business sponsorship management process—bringing structure, insight, and strategic rigor to how sponsorship investments are evaluated, approved, and activated. You’ll be the go-to expert for sponsorship oversight, guiding decisions with data-driven insights, clear standards, and thoughtful storytelling. From shaping reporting frameworks to identifying trends and amplifying sponsorship value, this role offers the opportunity to influence how the organization shows up in the marketplace and delivers measurable impact through events and partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end intake, evaluation, approval, and execution of all B2B sponsorship requests, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business goals, and investment impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsorship inquiries and manage timely, accurate processing through CyberGrants.
- Oversee and approve internal conference attendance, ensuring adherence to policies, thresholds, and budget guidelines.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into sponsorship and event spend, utilization, performance, and strategic fit.
- Analyze portfolio-level data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, helping leadership make informed investment decisions.
- Deliver weekly reporting and insights to Corporate Events leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and Events teams to activate sponsorship benefits and maximize visibility and value.
- Continuously streamline and improve processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and the overall stakeholder experience.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of complex business organizations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of sponsorship experience working with internal and external customers in a highly complex business organizations
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
