About This Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Consultant to join the Talent Management & Learning (TML) organization. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise AI enablement, and responsible delivery, partnering with leaders to identify and advance AI-enabled solutions that scale across a regulated financial services environment.

The AI Solutions Consultant focuses on applying AI to improve productivity, streamline operations, and accelerate delivery across a broad portfolio of learning, talent, and capability-building programs. The role emphasizes enterprise-ready AI use cases, including intelligent agents, workflow automation, and productivity optimization, designed in alignment with Wells Fargo’s AI governance, risk management, data, and control frameworks.

This position acts as a trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into well-defined, compliant, and scalable AI use cases while ensuring alignment with enterprise operating models, delivery standards, and responsible AI principles. In This Role, You Will:

  • Partner with business, operations, risk, technology, and learning stakeholders to identify AI opportunities that deliver measurable value and align with enterprise priorities.
  • Engage cross-functional teams and leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases across TML, balancing innovation with regulatory, data, and governance considerations.
  • Identify execution risks, dependencies, or governance gaps early and partner with delivery and control teams to address them proactively to support responsible AI implementation-at-scale.
  • Shape AI-enabled solutions by applying knowledge of intelligent agents, workflow automation, and productivity tools within established enterprise AI frameworks.
  • Translate business and learning challenges into actionable, governance-aligned solution concepts, informing agent design, workflows, and execution approaches.
  • Contribute to AI solution roadmaps that align with enterprise delivery models, change management expectations, and dependency management.
  • Collaborate with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners to sustain progress across multiple AI initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • AI consulting experience supporting enterprise scale initiatives or internal transformation programs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven ability to translate business and learning objectives into AI-based solutions, including the design of intelligent agent workflows (e.g., design agents, facilitator agents).
  • Strong understanding of AI use cases relevant to enterprise environments, such as multi-channel information retrieval, workflow enablement, estimation support, and productivity optimization.
  • Experience operating within fast-cycle delivery models while adhering to enterprise controls and governance expectations.
  • Exposure to Talent Management & Learning (TML) programs, with an understanding of enterprise productivity, capability building, and change enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across functions and present structured, risk-aware recommendations to senior leaders.

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model from one of the posted locations.

  • Base Pay Range for Minneapolis, MN: $153,000 - 239,000 USD
