Job Description

Role Responsibilities


As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Finance team based in Hyderabad this role will be responsible for cost center management, financial and business analysis, and periodic reporting for business teams. You will also -
 

  • Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and this role requires the candidate to work in UK shift timings from 3 PM TO 12 PM IST.
  • Support the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual operating plan (AOP), and long-range planning (LRP).
  • Perform variance analysis vs plan, forecast, and prior year for revenue, margin, and volume KPIs.
  • Consolidate regional results and prepare management presentations.
  • Perform Incentive & Profitability Modelling
  • Build and maintain detailed Excel/Power BI models for agent-level incentives, corridor profitability, and margin sensitivity.
  • Evaluate financial impact of new commission schemes, promotions, or signing bonuses (incremental cost vs incremental revenue
  • Perform Strategic Analysis & Business Partnering
  • Partner with Country Leaders, Pricing, and Network teams to optimize revenue and cost structure.
  • Provide insights on corridor trends, market share, and FX vs non-FX performance.
  • Support ad-hoc strategic projects (e.g., pricing reviews, contract renewals, cost optimization).
  • Reporting & Data Management
  • Develop automated dashboards and visual reports (Power BI / Excel).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial models and reporting systems.

Role Requirements

  • 7+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of relevant experience with FP&A.
  • Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Index-Match, scenario analysis, data visualization).
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Shift
