About the Team:
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, growing CRM team that has real impact on business performance. You will be working alongside our CRM team, comprised of Director of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Lead and other CRM Coordinators. You will report directly to the Director of CRM. We are DO’ers! Every member of the CRM team embodies a strong bias toward action.
The role:
The CRM Associate will help support the CRM team to plan, implement, schedule, and execute timely email, SMS, push notification, and in app messages to our Lead (non-purchasing segment) while collaborating with the CRM team on communication strategies, accurate execution of campaigns, and follow-up analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications (both ad hoc and automated), and building of customer segments in our CRM platform (Braze) for Lead Gen efforts
- Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and Roadmap.
- Support upkeep of weekly performance reporting
- Assist in cross-functional communication between the CRM team and internal stakeholders/dependencies, including but not limited to:
- writing briefs for emails, push notifications, SMS, in app messages
- collaboration with data/analytics team to classify/categorize campaigns for lifecycle dashboards/reports
- coordinating copy and design work to ensure deadlines are met
- collaborating with other internal teams to help support their initiatives
- facilitate internal sign-off of communications from internal stakeholders
