Job Description
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the role
AI infrastructure is having its moment, and someone needs to explain it in a way that doesn't make engineers roll their eyes. That someone is you.
This is a highly technical role for someone who can talk GPU architecture with our engineering team in the morning, then turn around and write a white paper that makes distributed training frameworks actually make sense. You'll own Crusoe's technical content strategy — the deep-dive blog posts, research reports, technical white papers, and documentation that position us as the infrastructure company that actually knows what we're talking about.
You'll work directly with our engineering, product, and research teams to create industry-leading technical content. This means getting into the weeds on topics like NVLink topology, NCCL optimization, InfiniBand fabric design, and Kubernetes orchestration, then crafting narratives that showcase our technical depth while remaining genuinely useful to the engineers reading them.
You'll report to an experienced content lead who's spent a decade building technical content programs and who'll push you to do your best work while giving you real ownership over Crusoe's technical voice. Your #1 priority is creating MORE technical content in 2026; the kind that gets bookmarked, referenced in Slack channels, and earns respect from the people actually building AI.
This role is perfect for someone who's been on the technical side and wants to focus on storytelling, or a technical content marketer who's ready to go deep on infrastructure topics that matter.
What You'll Be Working On:
Technical content strategy and execution
Own the technical content roadmap and editorial calendar in partnership with product marketing and engineering
Research, write, and edit in-depth technical content including white papers, technical reports, blog posts, documentation, and research briefs
Translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear, authoritative content that resonates with AI engineers and technical decision-makers
Develop content that supports product launches, feature releases, and technical thought leadership
Deep collaboration with technical teams
Work closely with engineering, product, and research teams to understand technical architecture, features, and capabilities at a deep level
Conduct technical interviews with engineers and subject matter experts to gather accurate, detailed information
Partner with product marketing to align technical content with go-to-market initiatives
Collaborate with external research partners on co-authored content and technical reports
Audience and performance focus
Understand AI engineers, ML researchers, and infrastructure teams deeply. Know what they care
