Job Overview

You must have a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to do a variety of tasks each day. The Gig:
- Respond to submitted trouble tickets resulting in resolution or escalation
- Image/Update/Encrypt desktop PCs and laptops
- Inventory/Check out IT equipment
- Provide desktop support for internal and remote staff
- May perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Make the Cut:
- At least 6 months of experience in a help desk environment
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft or Mac Desktop environments
- Knowledge of windows active directory environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assigned duties in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
The pay range for this position is $15.77 - $24.52 per hour (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).
