THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

You will be part of the Professional Services team, whose mission is to successfully deliver our unique and configurable solution to customers and support our partner community with high quality standards and a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Our team is very hands-on with a strong mindset of problem-solving while also having the ability to think holistically and provide solutions that solve the customer's long-term challenges.

ROLE: 

As part of the Professional Services management team, you are in charge of overseeing the implementation of Ivalua’s solution for a portfolio of mid-size projects. To successfully implement these projects, you manage a team of 4 to 8 Implementation Specialists and Implementation Leads. You are accountable for successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and partner support. You are also contributing to the  implementation of the project by bringing your functional and technical expertise.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US 

  • Secure ARR and gross margin on services and guarantee successful project execution 
  • Manage the customer-executive relationship, including risks and escalations
  • Provide necessary support to partners and enforce project governance for partner prime projects 
  • Empower and grow the team, providing operational support via guidance on best practices with regard to business and Ivalua's solution 
  • Define and enforce operational processes 
  • Contracting, staffing, and billing
  • Expected travel: 40% (but will vary depending on active projects) 

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years’ experience in software implementation, including leadership roles responsible for customer relationships, implementation teams, and successful project delivery is a must
  • Willing to develop product expertise to guide Implementation team, and a track record of doing so in past roles 
  • Procurement experience nice-to-have
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus 
  • BS/BA degree in Procurement, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
