About the opportunity

This opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and marketing support within an international environment. You will support ongoing marketing activities by working with data, reports and marketing automation tools, while collaborating closely with experienced marketing professionals. The role is designed for students who want to develop analytical skills and practical business experience under a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie).

Your tasks include

• Creating, processing and maintaining lead lists to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Supporting the Marketing Automation team with ongoing maintenance of Oracle Eloqua, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborating with Marketing Campaign Managers to support campaign execution, gathering targeted requirements and reporting needs.

• Compiling data from multiple sources to prepare reports and basic analyses.

• Supporting the preparation of presentations and summaries based on collected data.

Your profile

• Student in sciences, economics, business, marketing or a related field

• Good analytical mindset with proven interest in data gathering and analysis

• Good MS Excel skills (mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of a programming or query language (e.g. Python or SQL) is an advantage

• Very good English skills, both written and spoken

• Availability for at least 20 hours per week

• Readiness to work under a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months
