During your working student experience, get hands on experience on the projects and get a chance to be a part of collaborative global teams to deliver a bigger vision, while gaining knowledge and guidance by the experts themselves.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Order Management operations for DACH customers

• Monitor and analyze order flow, backlog, and delivery performance (e.g. OTD, confirmations, allocations)

• Identify order-related issues (e.g. shortages, blocks, cuts) and support root cause analysis

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Customer Supply Chain, Market Planning, Transportation, Sales) on order topics

• Support process improvements and standardization within Order Management

• Prepare analyses, reports, and management-ready summaries (Excel / PowerPoint)

• Support specific projects and initiatives within Customer Supply Chain (e.g. efficiency, service, compliance topics)

Job Qualifications

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Advanced student with prior practical experience (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics)

• High analytical capability, structured working style, and strong ownership mindset

• Confident handling of Excel; PowerPoint skills are a strong plus

• Very good German; English is a plus

• A forward thinker with a desire to learn and grow.

• Able to persevere in challenging situations.

• Strong collaborative skills for effective teamwork.

• Awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and willingness to act accordingly.

Location Requirement: Please note that candidates must reside in the Rhein-Main area, as regular in-office attendance is required for this position. This ensures effective collaboration with the team and hands-on work in the lab.
