Carvana is hiring experienced Auto Body and Paint Technicians to support our growing production teams. We’re looking for technicians who take pride in quality repairs and consistent processes in a modern shop environment.

Auto Body Repair Technician (3+ yrs)

• Heavy plastic welding

• Minor metal pulling

• Roof & rocker panel repair

• Large-area bodywork (filler/Bondo)

Heavy Body Technician (5+ yrs)

• Heavy plastic welding & stapling

• Metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, stud welding

• Roof & rocker panel repair

• Extensive bodywork (filler/Bondo)

• Train/mentor other technicians

Mid-Level Painter (3+ yrs)

• Color matching & mixing

• Water-based paint systems

• Paint vehicles in professional booths

Experienced Painter (5+ yrs)

• Base, tri-coat, solid, metallic & clear coats

• Panel blending

• Paint correction & finish work
