Job Description:

Ø  Assigns and coordinates the allocation of building space, layout, communication services, facility expansion and energy efficiency.

Ø  Assists with the estimation of design costs and for the selection of contractors / vendors. Prioritizes and monitors progress on work being performed.

Ø  Develops plans for cleaning operations and maintenance of company facilities.

Ø  Maintains all Facility Departmental files which are not limited to: documenting design drawings and specifications, budget, cleaning and maintenance documentation.

Ø  Implements and complies with company safety practices, policies and procedures.

Ø  Recognizes and rewards safe behavior.

Ø  Prioritizes, assigns and coordinates the operations of cleaning and maintenance of company facilities.

Ø  Supervises, develops, evaluates and disciplines staff.

Ø  Ensures that the staff have the necessary guidance and tools for effective job performance.

Ø  Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

Ø  For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

Ø  Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

Ø  Manage the operations reliability of facilities & utilities via all sorts of tools / management platforms to fully meet business requirements in cost effectiveness, reliability, compliance.

Ø  Properly deploy global asset management programs(CMMS, Work Management, MRO Inventory, Criticality of Reliability, Installed Capacity and Demand etc.) to site level to continuously improve facilities & utilities ops reliability.

Ø  Master RCPS, Risk Prevention& Mitigation, Innovation related skills and lead the facility team to carry out problem solving, business continuous plan of FM, new technology of facility management.

Ø  Performs other duties assigned as needed.
