About the Role
As the People Operations Generalist, you will be the primary architect of the employee journey, ensuring that every "moment that matters"—from the first day to the last—is handled with precision and care. Reporting to the Director, People Operations, you are the engine that keeps our people processes running smoothly, accurately, and at scale.
This is a high-impact role where operational excellence meets hospitality. You will own the end-to-end execution of onboarding and offboarding, serving as the face of the People team for new hires and departing employees alike. Whether you are navigating the complexities of multi-state compliance or coordinating relocation logistics for a new leader, your goal is to provide a "frictionless" experience that allows our team to focus on what they do best.
About You

Lifecycle Expert: You have a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle. You take pride in managing everything from I-9 verifications and background checks to the final separation paperwork, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Master of Logistics: You thrive on coordination. Moving a new hire across the country—managing travel, housing, and move logistics—isn't a chore for you; it’s an opportunity to provide a world-class "Day 1" experience.
