The Challenge
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. HR Business Partner with 8+ years of progressive experience to join Take-Two’s global HR team in Bangalore for a 9–12 month maternity cover.
In this fixed-term role, you will support a dynamic business area by providing HR expertise, professional advice, and coaching to managers and employees. You will be instrumental in maintaining the "pulse" of our Bangalore office, ensuring our culture and people processes remain seamless while working closely with our global Centers of Excellence (Talent Development, Compensation, HR Operations, Benefits, etc.).
What You’ll Take On
- HR Partnership: Act as the dedicated HR point of contact for the Bangalore office, aligning global HR initiatives with local business needs.
- Coaching & Advisory: Provide day-to-day coaching to managers on performance, team dynamics, and professional development without having direct reports of your own.
- Core HR Cycles: Execute and facilitate core HR cycles during the coverage period, including performance management, compensation reviews, talent mapping, and other people focused initiatives.
- Data-Driven Execution: Utilize HR metrics (headcount, attrition, job leveling) to inform local decision-making and drive productivity improvements.
- COE Collaboration: Partner with global COEs to deliver local programs that enhance the employee experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement practical process improvements to increase efficiency and scale within the India region.
- Change Management: Facilitate organizational changes by bringing foundational knowledge of talent management and organizational design principles.
- Must be able to work onsite from our Whitefield Office
What You Bring
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as a Senior HRBP.
- University degree in HR or Business; or professional HR certification
- Deep understanding of India’s labor laws and statutory compliance is mandatory.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; comfortable acting as a change agent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
- Solid project management capabilities.
- High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Experience with Workday HRIS, Google Suite, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- A self-starter who works proactively and independently but knows exactly when to escalate to global leadership.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines.
