Program Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Software Development Apprentice Program. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in software engineering practices, tools, and technologies in a real-world product development environment. Apprentices will work closely with experienced engineers and gain exposure to the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) using .NET Core and/or Python technology stack.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using .NET Core and/or Python.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.

Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups.

Debug and troubleshoot software issues in APIs and backend services.

Contribute to feature enhancements and bug fixes across microservices-based architecture.

Learn and follow best practices in software development, version control, and CI/CD processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.

Document technical processes, workflows, and solutions.
Learning Outcomes

Gain practical experience in C# (.NET Core) and/or Python development.

Understand RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

Learn software architecture and design principles.

Work with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL or OLAP dbs like snowflake

Understand containerization using Docker.

Gain exposure to cloud-based services and deployment processes.

Understand testing frameworks and deployment pipelines.
Required Qualifications

Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Basic understanding of programming using C# or Python.
