Summary:
As an Application Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying innovative ideas to enhance and drive the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level. This role requires continuous exploration of new approaches to streamline processes and improve efficiency. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to understand client needs and implements automation solutions that support business objectives. The position demands a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for automation and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify automation opportunities and implement effective solutions that enhance delivery analytics.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages to support process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative automation strategies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
