The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking TS/SCI Poly-cleared candidates for Dari & Pashto language professionals to join our prime contract supporting government operations in Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately translate report/texts in electronic and hard-copy formats that not only contain facts, but also some abstract language showing an ability to capture intended implications and many nuances

• Ability to capture geopolitical, regional, ethnic, and cultural elements in text

• Able to interpret accurately.  The ability to consecutive interpretation is needed, but on rare occasions simultaneous interpretation maybe required.  Has a good understanding of one of more regional dialects

• Review audio or internet materials, transcribes with high degree of accuracy and expression.  Candidate needs to posses excellent English-language written communication skills for preparing reports. 

Qualifications:

• Ability to identify and accurately summarize factual points as well as abstract concepts Web. 

• Must posses computer skills:  including MS Office, to be able to produce written translations and products sufficient internet skills that will allow basic research on the Web

• Excellent English-language skills verbal communication skills to present briefings

• 4 years of HLT-related experience such as Java, Python, HTML highly desired; US immigration experience is highly desired

• Tool Familiarity: Microsoft Office tools & Applications is required

• Powerpoint is required

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,600 - $181,800
