GenAI Lead

Flora is seeking a GenAI Lead to advance the next phase of its AI transformation by designing, building, and scaling Generative AI solutions across the organization. The role contributes to shaping the GenAI strategy, defining technical approaches, and delivering applications that enhance innovation, productivity, and decision‑making. Responsibilities include developing scalable systems such as copilots, assistants, automation workflows, and summarization tools, while supporting strong data foundations, secure deployment, and responsible AI practices. The position also supports organization‑wide enablement through demos, training, and best‑practice guidance, making it a key contributor to how GenAI is adopted across Flora.

Exposure to Advanced GenAI Engineering – In-depth involvement in building solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise‑grade GenAI architectures.

 

Engagement with Modern AI Tooling – Hands‑on work with leading platforms and frameworks such as Azure Open AI, M365 Copilot, Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other emerging technologies.

 

Collaboration Across Data & MLOps Ecosystems – Close partnership with Data Engineering and IT functions, gaining experience with modern data architectures, governance practices, MLOps workflows, and secure deployment patterns.

 

Cross‑Functional Partnership & Influence – Regular interaction with stakeholders across R&D, Innovation, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate teams, contributing to effective communication and adoption of GenAI solutions.

 

Development of Strategic & Responsible AI Expertise – Active involvement in shaping responsible AI standards, understanding regulatory expectations, and contributing to safe, ethical, and human‑centric AI development.
