Location: Gurgaon
Function: Project Operations / Delivery
Experience: 10–15 years
Reporting to: Regional Operations Head / Project Director

Role Summary

The Area Operations Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end project execution and operational management for IBMS, BMS, and CFS projects in the assigned geography, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operations and execution of IBMS, BMS, and CFS projects across the assigned area.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure as per scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
  • Ensure adherence to EHS, quality, and company compliance standards.
  • Monitor project financials, including cost control, margins, billing, and collections.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle project risks, escalations, and operational challenges proactively.
  • Drive operational efficiency, resource optimization, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands‑on experience in:
    • IBMS
    • BMS
    • Critical Facility Systems (CFS)
  • Proven experience in project operations and delivery
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Sound understanding of project commercials and execution controls

Educational Qualification

  • BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or relevant discipline

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working with system integrators / OEMs / EPC environment
  • Exposure to data centers, critical infrastructure, or large commercial projects
  • Based in or willing to work from Gurgaon
