Job Description
BR Air Transportation team is seeking a highly qualified Air Program Coordinator who is enthusiastic about helping us build and improve an innovative and efficient logistics operation at the best cost.
We are customer obsessed. Our team goal is to continue enhancing our delivery speed in the markets where we already operate and expand our operations so that more and more customers can receive their orders and enjoy them quickly.
This role is responsible for supporting medium and long-term expansion initiatives, as well as ensuring that we are in compliance with Legal, Tax, Finance, Security among other steakholders.
A day in the life
Your routine as Air Program Coordinator will be full of challenges, creating business cases, mapping, scoping, and developing expansion and operational projects, within the expected deliveries and timelines, ensuring cost-efficiency, leading workstreams and conducting negotiations with distinct internal and external stakeholders of all levels globally. Organization and clear communication are essential for this position, as are excellent analytical skills, including data processing and interpretation for decision-making, and identification of new business opportunities. You will be expected to have frequent direct contact with other Amazon marketplaces for benchmarking and implementing best practices as well as collaborating with technology teams and product managers to develop tools and systems that support business growth. Also, you will submit for leadership periodic reports and key indicators on the initiatives you are leading and, in parallel, be co-responsible for the area's financial management. This is an individual contributor position and the role will be based in Sao Paulo – SP
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with air cargo operations
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- - Knowledge of PMBOK principles and DMAIC methodology
- - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
