岗位职责: 

1、使用合时的量检具和各种精密测量工具检查、分析、检验零部件、装配件、扳金件、夹具等的质量。  

2、设计特殊检验用的模板或者量检具。

3、使用统计质量控制工具来分析数据，识别出产品质量问题。

4、根据需要调整、维修或者改造量检具和测量设备。

5、完成主管指定的其它任务。

背景/经验: 

1、为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神。

2、大专学历，机械或者电气专业。

3、擅长机械图纸，了解尺寸公差和相应测量方法。

4、擅长操作普通量检具，如卡钳，千分尺，高度仪，空气量仪等。

5、熟悉CMM/PMM和相关操作

6、熟悉ISO9001或者TS16949，能使用基本的质量控制方法，如SPC等。

7、具备良好的计算机操作能力, 包括MS office办公软件

8、至少5年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验。
