About the Role

The Technical Compliance Program Manager for Federal Programs is responsible for guiding Armada products through federal accreditation processes—including FedRAMP High, DoD IL5/IL6, and agency-specific Authorizations to Operate (ATOs). You will coordinate cross-functional engineering, security, and compliance teams to achieve on-schedule, audit-ready releases.

 

Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office. 

 

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

 

 

  • Compliance Delivery – Plan, track, and execute end-to-end accreditation efforts (FedRAMP High, RMF, IL5/IL6, and agency-specific ATOs).
  • Requirements Management – Translate cybersecurity standards and practices within the U.S. federal government such as NIST 800-53, CNSSI, STIG, and related control frameworks into actionable engineering tasks and milestones.
  • Program Coordination – Align Security, Cloud, Hardware, DevOps, and Federal teams; manage artifact creation, testing, and FedRAMP POA&M closure.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as primary point of contact for 3PAOs, Authorizing Officials, Executive Offices, and internal leadership, providing concise status and risk reports.
  • Risk & Schedule Management – Maintain integrated program plans, manage dependencies (e.g., supply chain), and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Process Improvement – Establish repeatable templates, checklists, and dashboards to streamline future accreditation cycles.
  • Knowledge Transfer – Promote security-by-design principles and coach engineering teams on federal compliance requirements.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 6+ years of technical or program management experience, including at least 3 years leading products through FedRAMP High and/or DoD IL5/IL6 accreditation.
