Scale cross-systems (1P + 3P) & functional processes to streamline customer lifecycle management across Shippers and Carriers.
  • Data Strategy: Establish a data strategy for Salesforce and the broader commercial tech ecosystem to harmonize 1P and 3P data, including legacy sources from 25 years of mergers and acquisitions at Uber Freight, to enable an AI-enabled activation layer.
  • Mentorship: Up level team members and stakeholders (admins, product owners/BSAs, sales ops, etc.) through coaching, best practices on solution design, Salesforce architecture, and cross-functional collaboration—fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Empathy: Lead with empathy - from understanding user pain points and experience to how analysts will pull the data, think through how your decisions will impact both frontend usability and backend analytics.
