Cascades Pool

Cascades is Winstar’s 5-acre pool complex featuring an array of luxurious amenities and experiences. Laid out across two tiers, Cascades is inspired by natural elements that adjoin to provide a unique pool experience with an intimate lounge and cabana spaces in between. As an all-encompassing outdoor experience tailored to casino guests,

Cascades offers three large outdoor bars and personal service buildings located to serve different areas of the complex – the Mid Bar, the Elite Bar, and the centerpiece Grand Main Bar. Each provides a perfect place to kick back, grab some food and a drink and enjoy this amenity to the fullest.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness to create a welcoming first impression.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Use a handheld POS system to take orders and process payments accurately.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments throughout the casino.
• Support service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work duties.
• Maintain knowledge of all food, beverage, and retail outlets within the casino.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and overall service.
• Check on guests consistently to ensure they have everything they need.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate needs to the server or supervisor.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to comply with health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a service-oriented environment.

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to follow directions and perform job duties effectively.
• Proven experience as a Cocktail Server, Bartender, or similar role.
• Knowledge of cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Physical stamina and ability to carry heavy trays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to retain and recite menu details.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to listen effectively and follow supervisor instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English to communicate with guests.

• Oklahoma ABLE License
• Server training certificate

• Pay rate $3.50 per hour plus tips
