Salary: $90,000- $95,000 per year

As a Clinical Manager – SNU Adults & Pediatrics, you’ll lead a team of nurses, ensuring safe, high-quality care, supporting professional growth, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.    
This office provides best in class care throughout Monmouth County.    
    
What You’ll Do    

  • Lead and mentor a team of SNU nurses and support staff.    
  • Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments, care plans, and care coordination.    
  • Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, documentation standards, and state/federal regulations.    
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team to deliver safe, personalized care.    
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and skills validation for new clinical staff.    
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving for complex care scenarios.    
  • Model The BAYADA Way, creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.    
       

What You Bring    
Required:    

  • Current RN license in New Jersey (multi-state/compact license preferred).    
  • 2+ years of recent clinical RN experience in high-acuity care (SNU, ICU, PICU/NICU, LTACH, or similar).    
  • Experience with adult OR pediatric populations; willingness to cross-train.    
  • Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).    
  • Comfort with technology-dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).    
       

Schedule & Work Environment    

  • Full-time role: exempt    
  • Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)    
  • Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement    
  • Participation in on-call rotation as needed
