We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting Senior Product Manager to own delivery across features that require integration with processes and technology in business and operations teams. Specifically, this position will be responsible for developing tech solutions to automate and streamline our transportation support operations. As a Product Manager, you will write and review business cases, develop the product roadmap, document business requirements and own the feature set from design to release. You will work across operations, sales customer service, finance, accounting and technology teams to guide, orchestrate and execute your roadmap. This position requires an ability to strongly communicate business direction, gain trust and project manager across multiples of stakeholders, and be tenacious, paranoid and laser-focused on the delivering the product roadmap. This position will be part of the Worldwide Transportation strategy team, which has global responsibility.
Key job responsibilities
• Write and present business cases (backed by strong research and analysis) in partnership with all stakeholder teams
• Develop product , drive exercises and plan resources for features to be delivered on time
• Write business requirement specifications
• Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the program
• Be an excellent communicator, curious, highly motivated and effective within distributed teams
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
