We're looking for a Compliance Transformation Manager who will be responsible for driving compliance strategic initiatives across Payoneer’s complex environment that continuously enable business growth. The Compliance Transformation Manager will partner with key cross-functional teams such as Growth and Operations to design and execute projects to completion. In this role, you will have work closely with the Compliance Chief of Staff to help plan and implement large-scale programs as well as improve the department’s operating model.

What you’ll do - Detail the role responsibilities here

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects that align with Payoneer’s strategic goals, including both internal department initiatives and company-wide transformations.
  • Serve as a central coordination point between Compliance and other departments, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and representation in key organizational efforts.
  • Oversee the development and communication of key metrics to support data-informed decision-making and drive accountability across the function.
  • Thought partner to the CCO Office, providing insights on process improvements, communication strategy and risk identification.
  • Provide high-level reporting, insights, and progress updates, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed on priorities, risks, and outcomes.

Who you are - Enter experience and skills needed

  • 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Program or Project Management (Preferable)
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work independently with broad guidance, manage multiple priorities, and lead through influence
  • Fast learner, with bias for action
  • Strong problem solving to drill down to root cause/ deal with ambiguity
  • Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Time management/prioritization, high attention to detail

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is
$125,000$200,000 USD
