About the job
Achieve quarterly sales targets according to priority.
Business bridge between Company and responsible Customers (GP).
Optimize and maintain customers experience based on targeting profile.
Identify and maintain the relationship with key customers.
Provide professional expertise on the job.
Take responsibility for Customer experience activities.
Main responsibilities:
Optimize customer experience by detailing product FAB and optimizing clinics’ patient journey to obtain prescribing commitment.
Develop and maintain good relationship with key HCPs.
Provide customer service support to customers by responding and solving customers’ concern with adequate product knowledge and optimal selling skills.
Fulfil the sales force effectiveness requirement in maintaining HCP call record, providing daily report, monthly report and sales forecast punctually.
Plan and execute the customer experience plan based on prioritized target HCPs.
Develop new GP customers and optimize product profit margin through good price negotiation skill.
Provide company with market intelligence include competitive products information and strategy related activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (e.g. marketing, medical) to execute assigned programs to obtain maximized business impact.
Meet all requirement of company compliance policies.
Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment).
Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.
About you
Education:
University (Bachelor of Science)/Diploma major in Pharmacy or related fields is preferable.
Business graduate (Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration) is acceptable with successful experience in the industry
Experience & knowledge:
2-3 years’ sales working experience in industry
Core competencies /skills:
Native in Mandarin and fluency in Taiwanese is a plus.
