Bitso is building the next generation financial platform in Latin America - a place where people can save, invest, trade, and grow their wealth through a modern suite of financial products, including crypto and traditional assets.

As a Senior Product Manager for Core Experience, you will own the heart of the Bitso app - the experiences that turn new users into active customers and long-term customers in our financial ecosystem.

You will lead the strategy and execution for the core product lifecycle inside the app, including activation, cross-sell, product upgrades, retention, rewards, and loyalty experiences. Your mission is to ensure Bitso is not only easy to start with, but increasingly valuable the longer customers stay with us.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, behavioral design, and growth, shaping the experiences that help millions of people discover, adopt, and engage with Bitso’s expanding portfolio of financial products.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to define the roadmap for the Bitso app and build experiences that customers rely on to manage, move, and grow their money.

Product Director, Retail Journeys

Who You Are 

  • 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning end-to-end product areas in consumer products
  • Proven experience building or scaling consumer mobile products used by large user bases
  • Demonstrated success improving core lifecycle metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, or monetization
  • Strong experience using product analytics and experimentation to drive product decisions
  • Ability to define product strategy and translate it into clear roadmaps and shipped product
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams
