Software Development Engineer

About the Role
As a Software Development Engineer at ADI, you will be a mid-level engineer with growing technical expertise. You will independently design and implement software features while contributing to the overall software development process and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software features independently
  • Write maintainable and efficient code following best practices
  • Participate actively in code reviews to ensure quality standards
  • Contribute to technical documentation for software systems
  • Debug complex software issues and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with team members on project deliverables and milestones
  • Support continuous improvement of development processes


Must Have Skills

  • Programming: Strong programming skills in multiple languages relevant to our technology stack
  • Design Patterns: Experience with software design patterns and their practical application
  • Tooling: Understanding of development tools, processes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Debugging: Proficiency in debugging and problem-solving complex software issues
  • TDD: Knowledge of testing methodologies and test-driven development


Preferred Education and Experience

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
  • 2+ years of software development experience
