Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect & Adobe Practice Lead to drive pre-sales solutioning, enterprise architecture, delivery excellence, and business growth for our Adobe practice. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibility to build and scale Adobe capabilities across customer experience, marketing technology, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • 8+ years in Solution Architecture / Digital Transformation roles.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech, CMS, CRM, customer journey, analytics, and personalization platforms.
  • Experience leading consulting or technology practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, integration patterns, and security architecture.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proposal and estimation experience.
