The Opportunity
The Agentic AI Product Lead owns the strategy, roadmap, and enterprise adoption of agentic AI capabilities—spanning autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, LLM-powered workflows, and decision intelligence systems. This role focuses on building scalable, intelligent, and goal-driven AI systems that can reason, act, and continuously learn across enterprise use cases.
You will drive the transformation from traditional AI solutions to agent-based architectures, enabling automation, insight generation, and end-to-end workflow execution across domains such as Medical, R&D, Commercial, and Enterprise Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and lead the enterprise Agentic AI strategy, covering autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool-augmented LLMs, and workflow orchestration.
- Build and execute a roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities, focusing on AI-driven automation, decision intelligence, and productivity gains.
- Evaluate emerging paradigms such as AutoGPT, multi-agent collaboration frameworks, and AI copilots.
Agentic AI Platform & Enablement
- Design and deliver reusable agentic capabilities:
- Agent frameworks (planner-executor models)
- Tool integrations (APIs, databases, enterprise systems)
- Memory systems (vector stores, contextual memory)
- Orchestration engines (multi-agent coordination)
- Enable development of domain-specific agents such as:
- SDLC Agents (code generation, testing, deployment)
- Analyst Agents (insight generation, data exploration)
- Knowledge Agents (document summarization, search, Q&A)
- Ensure scalability, observability, and performance of agent workflows.
LLM, RAG & Agent Integration
- Lead development of agentic RAG systems that combine retrieval, reasoning, and action.
- Drive:
- Prompt engineering and chaining strategies
- Tool usage and function calling
- Context management and memory optimization
- Ensure high-quality outputs through evaluation frameworks and feedback loops.
Governance, Compliance & Responsible AI
- Define lifecycle management for agentic systems:
Design → Build → Evaluate → Deploy → Monitor → Improve - Establish governance for:
- Autonomous decision-making boundaries
- Hallucination mitigation
- Human-in-the-loop controls
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
Cross-Domain Enablement
- Drive adoption of agentic AI across enterprise domains:
- Medical insights & document intelligence
- R&D automation & knowledge discovery
- Commercial analytics & recommendations
- Provide reusable patterns to accelerate agent onboarding and deployment.
- Integrate with enterprise platforms such as:
- Data platforms (Databricks, lakehouse)
- Knowledge graphs and metadata systems
- Analytics and reporting ecosystems
Delivery & Value Realization
- Translate business problems into agent-driven solutions and workflows.
- Prioritize initiatives based on:
- Automation potential
- Business impact
- Feasibility and risk
- Define and track KPIs such as:
- Task automation rate
- Insight generation speed
- Accuracy and reliability
- Reduction in manual effort
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the enterprise champion for Agentic AI adoption.
- Collaborate with:
- Enterprise Architecture
- Data Science & Engineering
- Business and domain teams
- Lead change management, enablement, and training for agentic systems.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
- Master’s preferred
Experience
- 5–7+ years in AI/ML product management, platform leadership, or advanced analytics
- Proven experience with:
- LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks
- Multi-agent systems and workflow automation
- Enterprise-scale AI product delivery
- Experience in building end-to-end AI-driven products (from concept to production)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong product leadership: strategy, roadmap, prioritization, OKRs
- Deep understanding of:
- LLM architectures, embeddings, and retrieval
- Agent design patterns (planner-executor, tool use, memory)
- LLMOps / MLOps and CI/CD for AI systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and AI ecosystems
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI and governance
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into real business outcomes
