As a Project Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in bringing residential, commercial, mixed-use development, and renewable energy projects to life. What You’ll Do

Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.
Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.
Use your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.
Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.
