As a Project Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in bringing residential, commercial, mixed-use development, and renewable energy projects to life. You’ll be part of a highly experienced, collaborative, forward-thinking survey team that values precision, creativity, and growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.

  • Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Use your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.

  • Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.

  • Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.
