Job Description

The Lean Booster is responsible for driving Lean manufacturing principles across operations, serving as a change agent to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate continuous improvement, develop Lean capabilities, and embed a strong Lean culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train employees on Lean tools and methodologies, including 5S, Standard Work, SMED, TPM, Visual Management, and Problem Solving, etc.
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving activities
  • Support functional teams in identifying and executing continuous improvement opportunities
  • Drive improvements in PQVC metrics
  • Track, report, and sustain Lean project results and performance improvements
  • Promote digital tools, data analytics, and automation technologies to enhance Lean processes, improve visibility, and enable data-driven decision making across the shop floor and value streams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Lean related methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, digital, automation and facilitation skills
