What you will do
Johnson Controls South Africa is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Support Administrator to support our service operations and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience.
How you will do
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.
Log, track, and manage cases using JCI’s CRM and ticketing systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to support issue resolution and follow‑up.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Provide clear product and service information to customers.
Support administrative tasks that enhance customer service efficiency.
What we look for
Experience in customer service, service administration, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM/ticketing tools and MS Office.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Customer‑focused mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
