What you will do

Johnson Controls South Africa is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Support Administrator to support our service operations and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience.

How you will do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Log, track, and manage cases using JCI’s CRM and ticketing systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support issue resolution and follow‑up.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

  • Provide clear product and service information to customers.

  • Support administrative tasks that enhance customer service efficiency.
