Job Description Summary

The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager is responsible for providing direction and support for all EH&S activities, including implementation, monitoring, and review of C&W compliance/performance.

About the Role:

  • Lead the deployment and management of EH&S programs across sites to ensure daily safety compliance

  • Identify risks, implement corrective/preventive measures, and audit effectiveness

  • Maintain and update SOPs, training materials, and regulatory documentation

  • Conduct inspections, audits, and accident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local EH&S regulations

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related sciences (preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety roles

  • Professional safety certification (CSP or CIH) preferred

  • Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation, risk management, and auditing practices

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
